Paracetamol blocks the cyclooxygenase enzyme which is necessary for the production of prostaglandins.
Phenylephrinebinds to the adrenergic receptors and thus prevents the vasoconstriction because they mimic the activity of Phenylepinephrine.
Cetirizine binds to the peripheral H1 receptor and inhibit their activity.
