This product is a combination of three medicines- Fluconazole , Azithromycin and Secnidazole. It is used for syndromic treatment of vaginal discharge. It works by stopping the growth of microorganisms and killing the existing ones that cause the infection by damaging their DNA.
Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Vaginal discharge due to Candidiasis
Infections or mixed infections with chlamydia and neisseria
It should be taken at same time everyday with food.
Fluconazole, an antifungal, prevents the formation of the fungal protective covering which is necessary for the survival of the fungi in the human body. Azithromycin is an antibiotic which retards bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out necessary functions. Secnidazole is also an antibiotic that kills the infection-causing bacteria and other microorganisms, by damaging their DNA.

It may cause dizziness. Avoid driving or doing anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you.
To overcome side effects of medicine it is advisable to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water.
Caution is advised in patients with diminished renal function.
Avoid this drug's administered during the first trimester of pregnancy or lactation.
